New LOGISTEC management team to drive strategic growth

Following a decision by Rodney Corrigan to leave his position as President of LOGISTEC Stevedoring, Maritime Magazine has learned that he will stay on as a Special Advisor offering valuable expertise while LOGISTEC pursues its growth in new markets by dividing its network of 60 ports and 91 terminals into two strategic regions.

Frank Robertson will lead the North region as Senior Vice-President Operations – North and Patrick Burgoyne, the current Chief Strategy Officer, will also expand his role to lead the South region as Chief Operating Officer – South.

Mr. Robertson will oversee all of LOGISTEC’s Canadian ports and terminals, in addition to the US Great Lakes and the US Northeast region. He has been with LOGISTEC for 7 years and has over 25 years of experience in the marine industry. Through the years, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, notably increasing terminal capacity and efficiency.

Patrick Burgoyne will lead the US ports in the southeast region and the US Gulf, including LOGISTEC’s Gulf Stream Marine (GSM) terminals.  Mr. Burgoyne is well connected to the US market and has been in the industry for over 30 years.
