LPA becomes SLP

The Laurentian Pilotage Authority announces a change in its name to become St. Lawrence Pilotage to better reflect its identity.

It is accompanied by a new logo and a new website.

Until further notice, however, all contracts and bank details will continue to be issued in the name of the Laurentian Pilotage Authority.

It is replacing the logo on the forms available on its website, but will of course process any information sent on a form bearing the old logo.

Here are the main changes to note:

  • Signage and deliveries: The SLP building now displays the name St. Lawrence Pilotage. The physical address remains the same.
  • Email addresses: the employees’ email addresses now use the suffix @psl-slp.gc.ca. Emails sent to the old address will be automatically redirected during a transition period.
