Shari Grady, SLSMC Senior Manager, Trade Relations and Compliance
The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation (SLSMC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Shari Grady to the role of Senior Manager, Trade Relations and Compliance.
For over 60 years, the SLSMC has worked closely with stakeholders to strengthen partnerships, enhance efficiencies and drive sustainability. Today, the Seaway is a world-class waterway, which is a strong environmental alternative and energy efficient essential transportation corridor for North American goods and services.
Having held several key positions in operational services, and a proven track record in enabling a safe, dependable and reliable corridor for navigation, Ms. Grady brings a wealth of experience to this role, assuring continued stability, innovation and resilience of the Seaway’s established relationships with its users, partners and adjacent communities.
About the St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation
The St. Lawrence Seaway Management Corporation is a not-for-profit corporation responsible for the safe and efficient movement of marine traffic through the Canadian Seaway facilities, which consists of 13 of the 15 locks between Montreal and Lake Erie. The Corporation plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the waterway remains a safe and well-managed system, which it shares with its American counterpart, Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation.
