In this role, Mr. Davis will oversee federal, state, and local government relations; industry and stakeholder engagement; media relations; and strategic communications in support of Pasha’s long-term growth and service to customers and communities.
Serving customers since 1947, The Pasha Group is a family-owned diversified global logistics and transportation services company headquartered in California. The Pasha Group’s Mission is to be a leader in providing customized, cost-effective and profitable value-added services to the automotive, maritime, and relocation industries through the integration of Pasha’s network of global logistics entities and strategic partners.
“Cary’s unique combination of policy expertise, legal acumen, and maritime industry leadership makes him an outstanding addition to The Pasha Group,” said George Pasha IV, President and CEO. “As our business continues to thrive and evolve during this pivotal time in U.S. shipping, marked by modernization, public-private investment, and regulatory change, we are strengthening our leadership team to support our customers, our people, and the communities we serve.”
During his six-year tenure with the AAPA, Mr. Davis helped secure tens of billions of dollars for maritime infrastructure, advanced favorable industry regulations, modernized professional development and trade show experiences, and expanded the association’s membership and revenue streams.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Davis served as a presidential appointee at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he worked with American businesses across shipping, automotive, manufacturing, mining, and steelmaking on reshoring and nearshoring initiatives. He also led legal and legislative work in Congress for Representative Dan Donovan (NY-11), helping secure hundreds of millions of dollars for critical infrastructure security nationwide.
